You may check in from 1200 hours.
You must check out by 1000 hours.
Please contact us regarding arrivals after 2200.
Cancellations
Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged, unless the accommodation is re-let.

A credit card is required as a guarantee. An estimated time of arrival is required on internet bookings. Please supply a mobile phone number if possible to help with contact on your booking.
Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. If you are travelling with an animal we recommend Colret House at Coldred on 01304 830388.
